When all else fails, read the instructions.

Having set up this blog in September last year, I’ve decided to find out how to make it work efficiently without the legs falling off as they seem to do from time to time. The RAC were of no help at all!

I’ve been onto the WordPress help sites a few times and most of the answers are there, but nothing about wayward legs – well, not in the very simple language that I need – so I’ve borrowed WordPress for Dummies from the local library and hope to learn what to do and how to do it. Despite its 418 pages (including 13 pages of index) the book appears to be accessible. Let’s hope it is.

I’m particularly keen on how to use tags and categories as well as how to link my site to others’ and vice versa, if this sort of thing can happen.

And what are Pages?

Ho hum.
